Refund Policy for ADHD and Learning Disorder Organization

1.  Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:

• Refund is applicable only for the domestic clients.
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours prior from the date of enrolled service.
• Dissatisfaction with the services or programs provided by Kazim Trust.
• Refund requests must be accompanied by appropriate documentation or evidence to support the claim.

2.  Refund Process:

• To initiate a refund request, individuals must contact our customer support team by email or phone, providing the following details:
  • Name and contact information.
  • Date of enrollment.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Supporting documentation.
• If the refund request is approved, the refund will be made on the same account from which the money had received.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the approval date. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3.  Program Cancellations or Modifications:

Kazim Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify any program or service offered. In such cases, individuals enrolled in the affected program or service may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
