- Date of enrollment.
- Reason for the refund request.

- If the refund request is approved, the refund will be made on the same account from which the money had received.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the approval date. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
